DAY 1:(Approx driving time 1 hour);
Following breakfast in Sydney, head for the beautiful seaside area of the Central Coast. Here you will find a multitude of beachside cafes. There are also soft adventure activities such as fishing, kayaking and bush walking through the Bouddi National Park. The Australian Reptile Park is a must. Overnight is at the 5 star Bells Boutique Hotel and dinner is included. See the many optional tours available from Bells. Optionally – stay another night…

DAY 2:(Approx driving time 1½ hours);
After a hearty breakfast, you are off to the Hunter Valley … Overnight accommodation is at Hunter Resort. It is located in the heart of the Hunter Valley with 3 golf courses, the famous Hunter Valley Gardens & shopping village, antique stores, and over 140 other wineries to see.... So spend the afternoon visiting the sites and wineries of the Hunter.
Included is the Hunter Valley Wine School, a tour of our vineyard, followed by a wine tasting with the resort's Cellarmaster.  Facilities also onsite include the Bluetongue boutique brewery (The alcoholic Ginger Beer tasting is a must!), an excellent restaurant, pool, bikes, tennis, and horse riding.  Dinner that evening is again included. Again – optionally stay another night.

DAY 3: (Optional):
Either head north to Queensland, south back to Sydney, or west towards the Blue Mountains where you will see Leura, Katoomba, the famous Three Sisters, or take the Sceniscender or Scenic Railway down to the valley floor to observe the lush temperate rainforest. Today you can enjoy lunch in one of the many old world cafes, experience the Grose Valley regarded as “Australia’s Grand Canyon”. Back to Sydney – or optionally overnight in one of the many excellent guesthouses.

Hunter Horseback Riding tour – net $75pp: 3 times daily, this onsite 2 hour tour travels along an 1880’s stock route. Horses are for all levels of rider experience with one escort per four riders.

1. Heavenly Hunter Massage – net $120pp: ½ Hour Heartworks - A flowing Hawaiian style massage focusing on your back and legs. An excellent massage for jetlag - stimulating the lymphatic, immune, circulatory, respiratory, muscular and digestive systems; helping to relax and release stress.

2. Horse & Carriage Vineyard Tour – net $80pp: This full day tour takes you to some of the 93 wineries in Wine Country – A great way to see the area.

3. Mini Coach Tour of the Wine Country – net $55pp: One of the most flexible ways to tour the vineyards. You will be transported to local wineries, or shops, cafes, antiques or art galleries… All are air-conditioned/heated.

4. Hunter Valley Gardens – net $35pp: Spread over 25 hectares, the gardens will heighten your senses with a wonderful display of sight, colour and fragrance. Along the 8kms of walking paths are more than six thousand trees, one million ground covers and six hundred thousand shrubs.

5. Golf – net $125pp: Play a round of 18 holes at the new Greg Norman Vintage Golf Course (Par 72) – Clubs, buggy / cart / transfer etc not included.

Australian Reptile Park – net $30pp: Home also to many Australian cuddly MAMMALS such as the unique platypus, koalas, wombats, Tasmanian devils, echidnas, dingoes and of course friendly hand-fed kangaroos; Some of Australia's largest REPTILES, such as MASSIVE American alligators, GIANT tortoises and HUGE pythons live at the Park; Nestled in tranquil bush land with trickling streams meandering over lazy waterfalls, Australian trees exuding exquisite bush fragrances, the calls from a multitude of heavenly birds and the amazing beauty of Australian wildflowers await any local or international tourist who wishes to be enchanted!;

2. Calm Water Fishing – net $600 1-6 pax: 4 hour outing; Fish in comfort on a custom built 6m surveyed vessel; Calm estuary waters, padded seating, live fish well, eskies; State of the art fishing gear and the latest electronics; All gear, bait and fishing licensing supplied and covered.

3. Body & Soul – net $120pp: An indulgent experience, creating harmony, balancing energy and leaving your body and soul feeling revitalized and alive.

4. Glenworth Valley Horseback Riding tour – net $75pp: Australia's largest and most spectacular horse riding centre with 200 horses to choose from and 3000 acres to explore. We offer both free range horse riding, where you go out on your own or you can take a relaxing guided horse ride with one of our friendly guides to assist you. You can ride up to the natural rock pools for a swim or follow the river as it meanders its way through lush green valleys. Altogether there are 50kms of unspoilt wilderness trails to explore, including ancient rainforest trails.

5. Kayak eco Tours – from net $85pp: We can arrange kayak tours at various beautiful locations on the Central Coast to suit your level of fitness and experience. Enjoy our relaxing 4-hour kayak eco tour up Patonga or Mooney Mooney creek or our very popular Oyster Tour.

6. Brisbane Water Cruise – from net $80pp: Cruise the beautiful Brisbane Water from Hardy’s Bay across to the Woy Woy Fish Markets. There you will have lunch before continuing on to experience the inner waterways of the Central Coast before being dropped back at Hardy’s Bay that afternoon.
